1. Introduction

Welcome to WallMockup. By accessing https://www.wallmockup.net/ (the "Site") or using the WallMockup services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or services.

If you use WallMockup on behalf of a business or client, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business or client.

2. Description of Service

WallMockup provides a browser-based wall art mockup editor that lets users upload artwork, place it into realistic room scenes, adjust true-scale sizing, customize frames and mats, and export mockup images for listings, portfolios, client previews, and promotional use.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features require an account, active trial, subscription, credits, or another valid entitlement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that could harm WallMockup, other users, or the service.

4. Your Content and Export Rights

You retain ownership of artwork, custom wall photos, and other original content you upload to WallMockup. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, edit, store, and export any content you use with the service.

You grant WallMockup a limited license to host, process, transform, preview, and export your uploaded content only as needed to provide and improve the service, support your account, secure the platform, and comply with law.

Subject to these Terms, you may use exported mockup images for your own product listings, portfolios, client approvals, marketing, and other lawful business or creative purposes.

5. WallMockup Intellectual Property

All software, room scenes, frame assets, interface designs, branding, documentation, and other content provided by WallMockup are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the exported mockups you are allowed to create through normal use of the service, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or separately package WallMockup software, room scenes, frame assets, or proprietary content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use WallMockup for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Upload content that you do not have permission to use, or that violates another person's rights.
• Attempt to bypass payment, trial, credit, export, rate-limit, security, or access controls.
• Interfere with the Site, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.
• Redistribute WallMockup assets as standalone stock images, templates, datasets, or competing products.

7. Payment Terms

WallMockup offers trials, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, or other paid plans for access to export and premium features. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Credits, subscriptions, export permissions, and trial limits are applied according to the plan shown at checkout or inside the product. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing unless a plan or checkout page states otherwise.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage eligible subscriptions through the customer portal or another account flow we provide. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep WallMockup available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or changed from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, security issues, provider failures, or other reasons.

We may add, modify, or remove features, room scenes, frame assets, export options, plans, and pricing. Changes will not reduce already-purchased credits, but future features or assets may require different entitlements.

9. Limitation of Liability

WallMockup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions, uploaded content, account, or data.
• Statements, conduct, products, or services of any third party.
• Any other matter relating to the service.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

WallMockup may update or modify these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we may notify you by email, in-product message, or a prominent notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site or services after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
